Do I need a referral to come see one of the doctors or a massage therapist?

A referral is not needed to come see one of the doctors or a massage therapist however some extended health insurance plans require a medical doctor referral in order to be reimbursed.

Where can I get my corporate kit or corporate seal?

Unfortunately, insurance companies have not allowed us to direct bill for their clients. After each treatment and after the fee has been paid, an itemized statement will be provided to you which you can submit to your insurance company.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, debit and all credit cards.

Do acupuncture needles hurt?

Acupuncture needles are much thinner than normal hypodermic needles that you would receive from your medical doctor. Most patients who have had acupuncture note that at most times they don’t feel anything or that they will feel a little pinch.

Is there danger of infection with acupuncture needles?

We use single-use sterilized acupuncture needles. There are no worries about infection.

I’ve heard that there are some issues regarding neck adjustments. Are they dangerous?

Neck or cervical adjustments are a safe and effective treatment for many neck and headache issues. Please speak to one of the doctors regarding neck adjustments to discuss the facts and remember that you have the last word on any treatment that we utilize on you.
